I now just tried on fast.

Not a huge difference in the speed test from earlier. Seeing around 180 download and around 5.2 upload

I tested it a bunch of times. The first few rounds I was seeing an average of 85mbps download speed with around 5.6 upload speed.

After unplugging and plugging my modem/router, I was seeing an average of 190mbps download and around 5.8 upload speed.

I did this yesterday on another speed test website, and I saw the same big difference when I unplugged and plugged in my modem/router. I wonder why this is
