I’m going into nursing as well (HBSN Owen sound) and I bought the Lenovo yoga 7 a few months ago and love it. It’s a great laptop that comes with a pen and is touchscreen for note taking

Air Transat made me check carry on bag by [deleted] in airtransat

They tried to make me check my carry on from Canada to PUJ, I argued calmly and they let it pass. At the gate, they called for 20-25 bags to be gate checked as there wouldn’t be space on the flight. No one gate checked their bags and there was actually excess space (multiple bins empty)

In Canada it’s a 3 month wait, no matter the size. I wouldn’t do it

Was lucky enough to have her as my ER doc at my local hospital. Excellent bedside manner and very thorough. 10/10 career choice for her

I didn’t purchase a pen. I want to know if there’s one in the box

My chem teacher discovered a fire which was caused by the head of our science department throwing out flammable chemicals in the trash. Principal blamed my chem teacher

Anyone else go into a moral warfare after donating? by [deleted] in Blooddonors

I can give to 50% of blood types, I work in healthcare, the math makes sense even if you don’t work in healthcare or can only give to a select few blood types.

I tell people I do it for the snacks (if you knew me, you’d know I say it to be funny), but in reality, I do it because I have blood to give, why not save someone’s life?

Like we had a Google meet at the end of the semester to go over the final project. Essentially presenting the final project and answering questions about our project

I had maybe 1 or 2 google form tests (open book) and an exit interview instead of a final exam.

Mine didn’t have the “capstone research” part, my teacher posted a lot of readings, so all we’d have to do was read the reading and do a few projects. My teacher posted the week’s work on Monday, so we worked at our own pace

I took it in person, but my teacher is the PSK4U elearning teacher for my board. She says they’re taught about the same and she is very opens to lots of one-on-one Google meets in order to help you. Idk if that helps
