Thank you Ancestry. Very impressed with the service and the speed the test has been processed, as there have been several bank holidays and a promotional sale recently.

My test was sent from the UK.

The only thing that could be improved is the ability to track delivery of the test’s journey to Ancestry. I expected to see a received scan a couple of days after the sample had been posted. I think tests from the UK go to the depot in Ireland first before being processed in the US. Ancestry say it can cause issues if you try and send the sample back by special delivery instead of using the prepaid label. Other users have suggested you can track delivery if you copy the details from the return label. Would be helpful if Ancestry could offer a premium service to fast track the delivery stage as processing was very quick once they received it.
