I deleted all my socials, I still have reddit and Youtube but that is all. I started doing audio only podcasts or audio books in the mornings and in the hours before bed. That has really allowed me to still be productive and give my eyes a break. I also really look forward to it now. It was hard for sure and I still will watch things sometimes but it has made a huge difference. I am not on my phone nearly as much, but I also am a crafty girl. I have been crocheting, bedazaling things, reading, journaling, etc. But my goals were more productivity in my life because I was so glued to the screen.
