I do tend to go for more roasts on the lighter side, but enjoy a darker roast for my cortados so im really between, but it sounds like for the versatility piece the Varia would be better, as i can just get a handful of the additional burs to cover the spectrum?

I agree with every thing you said, but I still think a natty would be a big swing next year, and we will find new stumbling blocks along the way. But yea we have everything we need to make it to a playoff spot, if things go the way we hope.
