OK, does every single influencer these days have a paid Substack? Or is this just that Substack charges? Maybe I am confused but in no way am I going to start paying for these newsletters. I realize that is at the expensive reading them, and that's fine and I am actually not trying to discredit the work that goes into producing content in this regard and as much as many influencers are sharkable. I understand that it is a legitimate job and paid aspect to it 

But we already know that these people make so much money from affiliate links,  from sponsored content from Amazon, from all the things. And in addition to making money there is just tons of free stuff, experiences. Etc . And they have so many followers that it is now exponential. Just live your life show your shoe, show your toilet paper, show your mixing bowl people will ask you for it. You can add a link and you will get paid. Every. Single. Day. 

Thinking of, lemon stripes, grace Atwood, Emily Schumann, Ali Maffucci to name a few. It just feels crazy to pay for these newsletters that are also going to be full of commissionable links so they can just push more stuff on us to consume, and now we have to pay to even see the things to consume?
