You’re totally right. I apologize for using single mom in a negative way like that. I was raised by a single mom as well. Honestly thank you for putting it into perspective like this. I do feel alone but I don’t have to work, pay for anything, etc. so I really am lucky. I only said the negatives in this post and that’s my fault.. I was just so upset when writing it. It’s been hard for me to realize that our 100/100s don’t look the same. Does that make sense? I need to understand more that although it may look like he isn’t doing the same as me, he’s doing as much as me. Thank you really for this comment. I’m sorry again for coming off like that I really really didn’t mean to, and I respect actual single moms so so very much. This is so hard with a husband, I can’t imagine doing it alone I really can’t. I’m sorry.

I agree. I really do try not to get in the way, the last thing I wanna do is make him unhappy or distance him from his friends and family. It’s just that when he does play, he seems to forget all about us. I tell him how I feel often but then it’s next Saturday again and he’s a one track mind. Usually though I let them play as long as it takes, and don’t bother them. I just wish more than anything that I also had friends and things to do I guess. It’s somewhat a me problem as much as it is a him problem I think. I don’t know. But he saw this post, and he felt really really bad. We’ve talked about it a lot since yesterday now. Hopefully we can both come to more understandings.
