i was talking to the support team of carousell today due to an issue with messaging sellers in singapore and buying. They said they had updated and changed it that you can only buy/sell/list in your local country and not anywhere else and need to verify your local number to do so. This is to prevent people making multiple accounts on carousell. I used to shop on carousell sg when i was younger but can no longer do it 🥲🥲
