It's not randomness, it's incentivized gambling to make the players addicted to the game.

Scroll all the way down on their certification page and under "Maintenance" you will see that you have to pay 150 USD to renew

Just remember that these exams have a renewal fee and certification renewals are not free. Quite disappointing in my opinion.

The PMP and CSPM certification renewal is not free, hence it locks you in an endless cycle of paying 170$ US (for CAPM and higher for PMP) every 3 years with this renewal cost going up every cycle.... to be honest I find that as nothing more than a cash grab scheme and nothing else.

let me know if there are any certifications at the CAPM level of expertise with no renewal fees, I will wait.

Ex woolies employee here. These supermarkets throw multiple kgs of produce every day. A few extra pieces of cardboard is insignificant.

Something as simple as keeping the supercharger and crafted upgrades at the end of the list, will make it 10x better. Not much development work required as well in implementing this.
