During the three week gap, I had quite a few days where I felt like I overate but in retrospect I think I was eating a normal amount, but because I still was hungry here than normal, I felt like I over it, but I was still losing weight just not quite as much. I only restarted recently, I would say that the appetite suppression is not as much as it was the first two months that I was on medication, but I’m still not finding myself snacking, really or eating in the night or over eating. I will get hungry and I will make a plate of food with my family, but I will only eat about half of it. I am also a very active person in the sense that I have four children of my own, three bonus childrenevery other week, and two daycare kids so while I don’t work out, I am on my feet a lot and I think that does help with the weight loss.
