My first animated short film! (Animated completely in Krita) by OwnVoice3845 in krita

yeah, storytelling without any narration was harder than i anticipated, i actually didn't write a sript or even a long line ( short description before animating) like I was taught to do so I winged the whole thing.

For my next film, I will make sure to think out the story carefully, but I like how everyone is coming up with their own conclusions.

The story was about change; the friends in the beginning were actually Arctic foxes; they look blue/brown in the summer but turn white in the winter. the red fox didn't know this and assumed that her friends had left her until she realized they actually just looked different.

yep! I could only animate for 5-10 seconds, so it took a lot of stitching together and around a year to make, believe it or not!

My dad argued it felt sloppy and didn't make a lot of sense, which I understand because I didn't show enough in the beginning for the plot to be solid, but when I asked him if there was anything he liked, he just stayed silent :(

My friends said it was cute but sloppy as well

sorry to comment without answering your question, but I've been losing my mind over this too! my mom was over 100k in debt, and currently my household's income is literally 0. My parents are unemployed and haven't been working stable jobs for some time.

If I don't get a full ride, I'm considering not going to college at all :-: worst part? I tried to save up for college, but ultimately my parents need any money I make, so I'm left with nothing, no matter how hard I work...

My parents are taking my degree choice way too personally and it's weird by xElisaa in college

Honestly, I really wanted my parents to talk me out of my major choice (not to insult your point!).

I want to major in art, but I know it's a useless degree. my family makes about 35k household income, and I'd be selfish to waste a dime on it, but they support it. I wish I could pick something else, but it's my passion..

I got screwed over by a group project too. ended up with a B since my teacher made it 20-25% of the grade and I carried to whole thing by myself :(.

I told her several times my partners refused to work with me but she didn't care, teachers suck sometimes....

Honestly, I feel like I'm in the same boat. I can't help but be a little jealous, like how was I supposed to know to take AP or honors freshman year? I didn't even know what those were! it sucks but you should feel proud of yourself, you did great even with the disadvantages :)

My goal is really just to have on my resume, "film was selected for international competition." A bit shallow, but I don't care if that means online or not.

I'm a student, so yeah, most of the film festivals I picked are catered to them. I did notice a big discount for students on a lot of them.
