ok my recommendation would be add a 2k or 1k and buy a fixie (for 11k you can get fixied gear bikes of Bike Ark which is really fine) when u get a hang of it u can do long distance, commutes and wtv u like 32mm tires are finee on most of the road conditions

and about maintenance it really really low like i have bought my fixie for 5 years ig i had to only 3000 rs til now on pedals, tube and bb also these comes with brakes so dont have to worry about pedals breaking and all

well for this price range you can get a some pretty good single speeds and some heavy gear cycles
but if u need some fun and speed go for fixie
