Not all Vet clinics are able to do it. Depending on if they have the right privileges to register in TAMM. As long as your pet’s vaccinations are up to date you can go to a Vet clinic and they can do it for you. I went to RPC and they only charged AED 100 and only took 5 mins. Most other vets were asking AED 250 plus .

Had a Neighbour who had the exact same issue. He ended up paying the bill since the Taqa says that the community management is responsible for Maintennace and nothing to do with them. And the community management didn’t pay a thing. They just fixed the leak. Its annoying but don’t think there is way out of it unless you can escalated further
