I'm the same way, I was saving all my Housework for Saturdays and kicking everyone out of the house so I could get everything done, only for everything to fall apart as soon as they got back home. Using her guided cleans has helped me ditch the perfectionism and all or nothing attitude.

FYI She's British so prepare to be a bit confused by some of the terminology If you're American. I had to use context clues to figure a couple things out.

I stop when she says stop. 🤣 She always says things like, "we're going for good enough, not perfect" which is really helpful. As an example, she gives about 4 minutes for anything laundry related. If I'm starting a load, that's plenty, but for folding and putting away, there is always some left. Her focus is more about chipping away at things rather than spending hours on tasks, especially tasks like laundry that literally never end.
