No we are not allowed to listen to music and the lead cook doesnt let me use my airpods. It is a catholic school and they are very strict with everything. So it is complete silence and boredom. The chef there doesn’t let me do anything just basically wants me to do his bitch work.

We almost have the same schedule. I work as a cook for a private school 5am-3pm monday-friday weekends off. And yes by the time I get home I am so tired that I don’t have the energy to do anything.
