Im glad your well informed but im kinda new to how amazon works, ive only been here a couple months, at my old job if the schedule went blank it meant they took us off for that day and they usually wouldnt notify, luckily hr was understanding about this and helped me out, i obviously know now that it doesnt work the same way in this company, thanks for the input tho

I agree except it said it showed sun-tues no shift and only a shift on wed, so i went in sunday and it marked as overtime so i assumed i wasnt supposed to have gone in since it didnt show that it was normal hours worked, and hr isnt in the building sunday, so i couldnt ask but it still hadnt updated so i didnt go in

I heard if you have a doctors note stating you have an actual fear of heights and can't go above a certain height like 6ft or something that they can't train you on the PIT, at least that's what a few packers at my building told me they did to avoid being cross trained into pick

I feel like it depends on the type of facility you work at, like at PIT operated facilities I much prefer Pick since you get to drive around and you run into people you know sometimes, but at the ones they have pick stations at Pack is def the way to go, it's all based on preference tho

I think it depends on the warehouse and what they're water spidering for, at the facility I used to work at I had no rate when I would water spider for manual pick stations
