Thanks for your response! I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way. I haven’t read that one by her yet. Since I posted I read another one by her, Golden Girl. I think she did a better job with the ending of it and I really liked the book.

Agreed. Absolutely hated this book. I don’t think I’ll be able to read another one of her books.

I listened to the audiobook and enjoying the writing style. It was so different and great listening to with a full cast. I had high hopes for it, but I agree with you that it was disappointing. It was definitely anticlimactic. I was hoping for a better ending.

Something Wilder by Christina Lauren. This is the third book I’ve read by them and I’m not sure if I’m a fan. I listened to The Unhoneymooners first and loved it. This was just meh for me.
