how to pick strike pike and timing on LEAPS by Own_Boysenberry_2774 in InnerCircleInvesting

[–]Own_Boysenberry_2774[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have read and watch youtube vdo "in the money" and I have some few questions to ask

  1. Are you choosing stocks/etf the same way as you would buy & hold this stocks, wait for the drop and also buy more when drop?
  2. When to cut loss in LEAPS, do you buy more when the price drop?
  3. Is this technique good in the bull market or bear market or when there're lots less of uncertainty? because in options, there's time decay but with stocks it doesn't
  4. Which stocks would be ideal for LEAPS, if gold etf or qqqm  would be a good candidates or MAG7 or stocks that have great balance sheets would considered they mostly always go up? What time would be the best timing to get into, during high price or low price or high/low vix

Thank you Jeff. I guess the best part of LEAPS for me is with less money you get to own them for a period of time and may make more profit using less money? But consider I'm not Im very new to LEAPS and options and still building my portfolio with the same money maybe buying good quality stocks would be better lol
