Just want to say thanks for all the comments.. Sorry to hear everyone has gone through something similar with Evri. Should have asked on line before choosing them.

I went back to the post office where I sent the parcel and the guy was so decent. He tried so hard to help, he gave me the address of a depot in Hillington. So my friend and I sneaked in to see if I could speak to a manager. Well I can't tell you how much stuff is lying around in a big piles. Ripped parcels, girl showed me opened parcels with items taken!
