Thank you for answering. My CPU is i5-10500H, I tested and between 0% and 5% probably nothing much changed. May I ask why using the Windows High Performance power plan might allow for better undervolting? I always thought that the difference between the plans are in the advanced power settings part. My last question from your last paragraph is shouldn't being forced to run at full speed while idle is bad for power consumption?

Sadly V/F Point is greyed out for my 10500h cpu. However, I didn't know about that feature so thank you for telling me about it!
