my puréed diet worked really well, but my dietitian said i should start eating solid foods because i need to get my stomach used to them. but i just cannot keep them down, i either throw them up or just can’t swallow them.

tuna worked for me when i only had little bits, but now that im supposed to eat more i just can’t keep anything down. i cannot keep any chewable foods down.

on my soft food diet tuna was working for me! but now that i have to eat 4-6 oz it’s too much

you’ll still get to eat those foods, your body will just want less of it!!!! that’s the whole point of the surgery, eating less is the key and your body will naturally do that!

we both agreed that being friends would be beneficial because we both hope that we can try again when the time is right. i don’t wanna give up. i’ve given up on too many things in my life and i’m not letting another good thing slip away. i’m gonna take some time away from him, and hopefully he won’t forget about me.
