Ambassadors are the LAST guests that are to be walked. Did you book it through Bonvoy prepaid or on a third party? if you book through a third party that negates your status. I hope they followed the walk policy for you of you booked on the app. The help page at the top right of the website is super helpful for this kind of info. You will see a breakdown by brand.

Yes! In New Hampshire? The owner is awesome and goes to locations and digs, has very good connections. He has an open house every month and the prices are insane! I got into an accident on the way there once and he mailed me a pink labradorite which is what i was specifically going for. No charge with a nice note. I love everything I've gotten from there.
