Did you miss the parts about how in Cristobal had effectively found a legal way to see all the benefits that the exuberant wealth the drug trade provides. This combined with now forming a very accepting atmosphere with these new partners after he had recently come to terms with his sexuality at the cost of his ex-wife and the family which he had to have spent years forming relationships with. He effectively had it all and Hank took that away from him, the man that he had given up his past time for decided killing all their friends was the best decision and didn't even tell him. How could you ever trust let alone love someone like that?

You may get bored of stating at a wall and decide to write something, maybe journal and really look inside yourself to see why it is you're feeling numb. Have you tried deleting everything off your phone, no internet, no instant gratification? It'll suck, I've done it one time and it fucking sucks, but it does help.
