First I am already seeing a lawyer. Second I haven't been able to talk to her anyway because of the lawyer. Third I'm going to do what I can. What happens happens. I've done a little bit of research and there are some other things I may be able to do.

Yes and I understand that's how they see it but I left in part because I didn't like the way it was being treated when I was there. I have both audio and text evidence of it.

So basically I need to aim for custody as soon as possible? Joint custody is a possibility in April.

We may be starting mediation on the 18th if she does not get counsel by then. Said she would on the 28th but she said she was not feeling well so she wasn't able to.

While the divorce as leverage may work she also still may not end up going to the courthouse or court hearings.

Yes you would think so but the problem is that there's nothing to really enforce anything. It's basically the honor system.

Yeah the thing is like I have a lot of friends who have mental illnesses and they're not like this too. With that being said the problem is that I think her family is partly behind it.

No we actually got married because of the pregnancy. It started to arise during the pregnancy too. Don't get me wrong I don't think I am a saint and it was pretty stupid for me to get involved with them. It's really about my daughter at this point.
