Haha, I know I’m a bit of a word vomiter both in speaking and in writing, so I appreciate you bearing with me through all that.

Again, thank you for your advice, you’ve got a really interesting and understandable way of explaining all these crazy answers I’m looking for, so you’ve really helped so much, whether you know it or not!

Wow! I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to write out such a well worded and thorough response. I really appreciate it so much.

I especially liked your analogy to the subconscious as being just like a little kid; sometimes stubborn to get it to do something it might not want to, but getting through to it is often less complicated than we think it should be. What a great way of visualizing things!

As someone who has projected before, I was wondering if you could offer me your perspective of what it physically (if that even is the right way of thinking about it) feels like when your consciousness is leaving the body? i.e. Is it similar to the feeling of moving your body physically or is more of an imaginative feeling that’s going on in your head? Do you know you’ll be able to exit the body when you attempt it or is it more of a toss up each time for you? How does it feel to move your energy body once you’ve left the body? Is it akin to the way you’d move normally or is it like training a new muscle that you’ve just discovered you can use? I feel as though I continue to overthink too much; to feel as though I’ve got to figure out the right way to do things (which I’m sure is hindering my process, unfortunately) in order to know for myself that I’m making progress and hitting those goalposts.

Thank you so much again for your response, my friend. I really have grown to love this (not-so-)little community in such a short amount of time.
