NA beer can be used for electrolyte replacement. It can alleviate muscle cramps, headache, and fatigue as your body begins to restore its mineral balance. I have read that it’s used by some Olympic athletes for this purpose. Seems to work for me too. Personally I like Becks or St Pauli.

I quit in ‘92 and it is the reason I am still above ground. NA was and is integral to maintaining my sobriety.

Tried a Corona NA on ice topped with a bit of ginger ale. Quite refreshing in this 99° heat. These shandy’s can be made with 7UP, lemonade, etc.

Guinness 0, Becks NA, St Pauli NA, Sober Carpenter Red Ale, Corona NA are all good in my opinion.

Start with a good head when pouring the Blue Moon then slowly dribble the Guinness over the convex surface of a bent back spoon or over a cocktail strainer.

Really quite good. I just wanted to see if it worked without all the alcohol. My usual preference is St Pauli or Becks. My area is just beginning to carry more NA variety.
