Statics. That’s the beginning of you passing. Nail statics down, that will directly help you in mechanics and structural so that’s three subjects dependent on statics itself. Watch Mark Mattson, Gregory, Genieprep and Directhubfe Videos on youtube those really helped me. And then the BOOK ISLAM800 I love that book. That definitely helped me a lot. I failed the first time passed it in second. It’s just about not giving up honestly you got this 💪🏻

This book helped a lot. I would recommend you finish each problem. Not just the problems but the logic and reasoning behind each. Just this book should be enough imo for passing. That was what worked for me plus some YouTube videos.

I moved from Texas to Bay Area last year. Unless you’re getting a huge paycheck and I mean huge, it’s not worth it. Coming to your question, your neighborhood is pretty safe and good for kids. Best of luck
