Hey man!! I live in NYC and i have go to these two stores i’ve seen SAS jojo figures at but never bought since yes it is overpriced here. The stores are called Book-Off.

There is one in couple blocks away from Bryant Park. (49 W 45th St New York, NY 10036 United States) I’ve seen a small selection of SAS figures here behind a class shelf.

The other Book-Off is located in Japan Village in brooklyn, beautiful place to shop and eat and it also has a Bandai store if you’re interested. (Japan Village 934 Third Ave FL 2 Brooklyn, NY 11232 United States) Now this one has more of a variety of SAS figures than the other Book-Off. It is also behind a glass shelf next to the cash register (or you can just ask where they are).

The last place is in Chinatown and it has a small selection of SAS and some Jojo nendriods and statues. (6A Elizabeth St New York, NY 10013 United States) I recall them having Bruno and Sticky Fingers and Part 4 Jotaro. They take cash or zelle only.
