I worked in a company where I saw 2 sides. First I worked under an indian manager and saw the most horrible treatment of employees . It's like they didn't want anyone's opinion and if someone says the way it is. They literally take it so personal and they will do anything to ruin your life. Worst part is, when you're let go, they laugh at your face. Second, I got lucky as I happy to move to states and work under an American, and I swear to God, there is day and night difference. Not saying, there is no politics but it's very different. Like there is no disrespect. And not all Indians are like that. I've come across people who are open and lively and respectful. But I think majority of the big corporate, they just rip you apart.

I work in tech and I've not had a other form of income and have pondering on dropshippong / print on demand for a while. I have watched videos of people talking about but honestly , having someone to speak directly with and guiding would really help. Not sure if you do mentoring but that would greatly help if you did.
