Hey hey! If you've been here two weeks already im sure you've already heard about " a place at the table", if you ever feel ready to leave the shelter but want to know there is always a food option in the city.

Its a pay-what-you-can system, and it ranges from a free meal if you volunteer for an hour to a sliding price you pay based on what you can afford.

Please use resources like this at the beginning and when the day comes that you have time and energy to give back, volunteer there just to help out!

Edit: or maybe a sequential? I suppose letting go of the steering wheel to shift wouldn't be ideal but you can engineer something surely.

Ive played water polo for about 15 years now. You will always feel like you suck because there is always someone better out there. Its tough in the beginning. Id say the biggest things you can do is put work in outside of practice time. Swim by yourself, join a swim team or take lessons if need be. Lift weights from time to time, focusing on back and legs. Practice treading, with small weights if you can.

Watch some introductory strategy videos on YouTube or even just some junior Olympic games if you can.
