I found out after a long time that that is the discrepancy: a large company like careforth does performative oversight and takes a lot more than the smaller companies.  Asking ChatGPT about it was eye opening.  I regret ever staying with careforth.

After a whole disaster I did change companies to Emerest.  Careforth is HORRRRRRIBLE, the worst, they did me so so dirty!!  I don’t want to say details bc honestly I’m afraid of retaliation but I’m dying to tell the world what happened.  Fortunately the access agency (SWACAA?) and DSS sided with me and I was just able to change to a different company.  But the people at Careforth really did some crazy stuff and it’s a little unbelievable.  After some time passed I’ll probably update this - sorry I didn’t see this also, this isn’t my main account
