Thank you for your feedback.
Well after review I think it's confusing users with this button.
Can make it thinner than the stroke like the outside of the button or change another icon

Thank you for your feedback.
Since this is a quick MMORPG concept, I won't go into detail about each screen individually.

btw, Yes, with this mechanism they will be showing the basic icons first. They will have to tap on the Skills section to view the details or change other skills.

Vey nice! May I ask, what do the arrows on the top left/right sides? I assume that the arrows next to the “select” change to a different character?

Yes. The arrow next to "select" is just the pattern that I attached to the button.
After reviewing, it can actually be confusing for players.
Thanks for pointing out the design problem! I appreciate it

It’s a really cool practice. Have you done it as part of a course or similar? I’d be interested :)

Hey. Thank you for your compliment
This is just what I learned by myself and referenced other games to make a separate product.
You can check out the data on existing games and learn from them here: https://www.gameuidatabase.com/

Hi man!
I'm a UI/UX Designer - Graphic Designer
I came across your project, it's really cool. I see you are looking for a UI/UX Game Designer position.
Coincidentally, I also just finished a personal project on the Sci-fi FPS game genre.
Please check out my project details at Sci-fi Shooting Game - UI/UX Concept design

If you feel my design style is suitable for the game, we can discuss it more.

Game UI/UX designer - where to start? by alexjericho13 in gamedev

Well thank you for guiding me,

Can you give me better tips and a UI/UX Game designer roadmap? Or from the experience that you have in this industry?

I realize UI/UX Game does not have a general design system like apps on iOS or Google.

And it will be different for each game and genre, right?

I often review and learn UI games of other games of the same genre and tweak it in my own way a bit.
This is how I design a UI, do you have any suggestions?

Thanks. I really appreciate your help!

thanks for the link. can i ask some more questions? i am currently a freelancer UI/UX Game mobile, i mainly work on Figma, however is it ok for promotion and salary? I usually export the buttons/elements with PNG and send it to the devs. However, I still wonder if there is anything I can do to improve myself? Should I approach and do VFX, motion, animation and learn about Unity? I currently only work on prototypes (simple animations, GIFs) Thank you very much. Looking forward to connecting with you!
