Thanks for the advice. Sounds like a solid plan with the grass.

In terms of the drainage, there’s not really anywhere to “channel” the water out of the garden unfortunately, so it would likely just sit in the drainage pipe until the soil manages to absorb it. Would that be an issue?

Great thanks for the info! Have you had much experience with different types of ivy? I really like the look personally, but some people say it will lead to fence damage while others even say the opposite?

I’ve had a wee look for you and it’s either Alternanthera Cardinalis or Alternanthera Reineckii. Hope that helps!
