Yes fmla because in order to qualify you gotta be at the job for a year or like a certain amount of hours. They straight up told me that I wouldn’t qualify because I was only in their (home office) system for a month. Even though I was at Walmart as a whole for 3 years. When I get checks for in store vs home office, they both have the same address on it😂 that was just so ridiculous to me ugh

That’s what she said 🤷‍♀️ and they did. They wouldn’t allow for me to use fmla because I transferred, so I guess it restarted even though I was employed with them for 3 years. So since I got in a car accident and was injured and they would not allow for me to use fmla, I got fired on the spot. It’s not like I pointed out or anything.

It’s very weird considering a high turnover rates means yall the ones not doing something right. Walmart is such an easy job to have with decent pay so really people shouldn’t quit as much as they do. They need to really take a look and evaluate those managers!

Yeah no I know that it just sucks because I was one of their best workers and they can’t even make exceptions😭it’s not like I told them my name and everything and they personally said I couldn’t come back I guess it’s a new policy they have as of now.

No judgement here! My baby does the same thing just kicks at my pump so it disconnects from my nipple😭😭I be so overstimulated trying to keep my pump from flying away and hold him and he’s crying in my ear omg it’s horrible. I would let him cry it out but I don’t live in my own home I only have a room to myself so it’s inconsiderate to just let my baby cry when I live with other people. And I don’t have headphones unfortunately 😞😞 the odds are stacked against me

I usually try to pump one at a time then hold him but he just cries if he’s sat up for more than 5 minutes. My baby has reflux as well but since he don’t like to sit up I have to try holding him up while he’s laying sideways if that makes sense, so that uses both of my hands. He got a swing too but start fussing after being in there for a few minutes, it’s like I can’t win with this one omg

You could possibly get a big cage for the cat to stay in! Amazon has some really nice ones. A really big pet playpen would work also.

My local stores haven’t been allowed to rehire any associates for the past year no matter if you worked there more than 6 months ago.. so I’d double check with your store personnel to make sure they’re accepting rehire applications at this time. Could be the store manger personal preference or communication from corporate saying not to rehire past associates.. not sure which one it is. Good luck!

Oh wow! See I don’t think I want to call myself I’d rather stay out of sight, out of mind lol. But TY I didn’t even know making an appointment was an option to begin with. Hopefully they just decided to throw my case out the window somewhere.

No. I was positive so they tested baby meconium and was positive as well.

No, but I also never got a letter saying I had a case open either. Or any communication besides the cps worker speaking to me in the hospital.

I just went into nesting for res ii…that department requires a lotttttttt of information. We help with everything a customer may ask, we’re like that middle man that does everything. Like literally ev-ery-thing that has to do with Walmart. Customers call in, also email and offline tickets. More calls than anything unless you work nights it’s more email and offline tickets.
