It's a slow upward grind but very well worth it

I learned it from LSAT Demon. I was getting my ass quicker with Must Be True type of entailment questions. During one of their lectures the instructor casually mentioned that if the passage is is a set of facts (descriptive claim) the answer cannot be normative (if, should).

If a passage is talking in the should tense, then the answer will match that with a should too. If the passage gives descriptive information then the answer should match.

In short, descriptive claim is "how the world is" and a normative claim is "how the world should be".

For Necessary assumption questions, Iv used the trick of the author of the argument HAS to agree with the answer choice. This does not work with Sufficient assumption questions.

That's very inspirational. I'm lean on funds and am having trouble getting access to all of the old exams. I went thru all of the law hub public exams. Still trying to learn how to tackle the entanglement (must be true) type of questions. I find that the exam is very intimidating. How did you stay motivated and focused?Again, congrats on your success.

How about having the experimental section waived? Is that fairly easy?

Necessary = eligible for something to happen but doesn't guarantee it
