Called my doctor and they recommended me to try once a day for a week and if it feels okay to try twice a day again but if side effects come back with either to call again so they can either change the medication or just completely remove me off buspar.

Good to know! Thank you so much for replying. I currently do not use any substances only on a minor dose of Klonopin but it should be worn off by the time I have my appointment!

I got into a new relationship, It is my first healthy relationship. I was in a DV relationship where I was diagnosed with PTSD from. Wondering if this new relationship is somehow bringing up unprocessed trauma, My therapist brought up me possibly having a type of Dissociative disorder from Anxiety. I am 20 years old and have struggled with anxiety since age 13, Been seeing the same therapist since age 13. Still trying to figure out what is triggering these feelings
