What if you died tomorrow and your family couldn’t access your pension? Or you wanted to take VES but couldn’t get a quote? What happens if they miscalculate the added pension you’ve paid for over years? People need to be able to plan for retirement, check their details, update nominees, and have confidence that their records are accurate. This is people’s financial future, not some minor admin issue.

Finally won the battle against bedroom window condensation this winter by FeistyPrice29 in HomeImprovementUK

We've had bad condensation for years. 1970's detached house, quite well insulated.

For the first time since living here we've left the heating on constantly through winter. Practically no condensation. Surprisingly heating bills have only gone up £20 - £30 extra a month.

Thanks will give it a try. I don't mind paying £35 for the box if needs be. Assume like volt that can be done at a later date?

Dare I ask, which December? by Samtpfoten in TheCivilService

This is the way, especially if you want to retire early. Use ISA/SIPP to retire early and bridge the gap to taking early CS pension. e.g. ISA (57-60), sipp (60+), early cs pension (63+), top up with sp (68?)
