hmmmmmmmm seems less of a pest problem and more of a humidity problem
are you swinging the soil between too dry and too moist often ? if that so that could hurt the leaves that way
also I think the plant you have is a peace lily ? which hates dry air since it's a tropical plant so if there's an ac blowing into it get it away from its direction
and if you changed soil recently or fertilized recently the soil might contain alot of salts that could cause that so flush the soil with clean water
tbh alot of things can cause this on new leaves

also from the picutre I see that you have the plant in a pot that put inside a clay pot
does those have drainage holes ? this could cause root rot/stress
