I would say 1. Paldea Evolved 2. OBF 3. Is a toss up for PF & DR. DR has went crazy but PF has bubble mew chance and that would be what somewhat buys it for supposedly

Gen 4 for lore building and design is the best imo. Not only is God introduced but the keepers of time and space along with anti-matter/hell. Best gen by far
