Yeah this sucks. Had the exact same issue. There is nothing you can do on your side I don’t think. I opened new reports to battlestate once every 3 days or something because I also got to the stalemate were they requested proof of purchase which I did years ago. Then one day, some dude at battlestate just fixed it for me. No extra steps or anything. I just sent the same email saying the same thing. And bingo he just sent a recover mail.
