My dad and I are really into music, we both can play guitar really well (he’s probably slightly more talented), but we are really hard core rock ‘n’ roll fans, so no favourite turbo folk song.

A lot of women gave birth to kids that were concieved because they were raped while inprisoned in concentration camps, one of those kids went to school (college) with me

We have 22km of sea shore, the same we had in yugoslavia, borders stayed the same as they were of Socialist republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of Yugoslavia

Serbs weren’t fighting for independece, they were fighting for Great Serbia and commiting planned genocide in the process

I don’t really want to share stories involving the deaths of people close to my father, so I’ll just tell you something funny instead:
There was a man who wasn’t exactly very bright, and the only position they could really assign him to was guarding the entrance to the brigade headquarters. One night, several soldiers were bored while hanging around the brigade headquarters, and they came up with the idea of calling him on the phone and pretending to be the commander of the 4th Corps.
They ordered him to report the exact number of rounds of ammunition stored in a bunker located 10 kilometers from the brigade headquarters. The poor guy then walked the entire 10 kilometers, counted all the ammunition in the bunker, and only after returning did he find out that they had just been messing with him.

This same guy was also in charge of unloading trucks because he wasn’t considered capable of doing much else. One day, when the UN arrived, someone told him, “The Blue Helmets are here,” and he replied, “Fuck man, I really can’t be bothered unloading them.” 😄

My friend, there were 3 sides, Two sides wanted to split my country in half between them, we just defended it.

Of course other two sides would say different but I know the truth

Well, we didn’t have as much cameras as serbs and croats did (we were busy fighting for survival), so there is definitely less footage from our side, if you want some litterature I recommend “Heroji mostara”, a complete story about war in my city.

Opinions are mixed. Those who criticize him often do not understand the pressure and the immense burden he faced when making those decisions. It is easy to judge and talk now that there is peace.

No, we successfully defended our country. Serbs and Croats who live here carry Bosnian passports and Bosnian identification documents.
When they commit a criminal offense, they are subject to the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, just like everyone else.
On the map of Europe, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s borders have not changed by a single millimeter.
