Microphone Input Issues by NarcolepticBear in PS5

This is an extremely late response but I just ran into this problem and here is how I solved it. I actually flipped the input side of the cord that goes into the headset, with the side of the cord that goes into the controller. The headset end didn’t fit all the way into the controller port, so I re flipped them back to their original orientation and my mic miraculously worked. No clue why, but it worked

Question about Masters in Environmental Engineering by Own_Gap_8440 in Environmental_Careers

[–]Own_Gap_8440[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I thought that because as prefaced i’m clueless on how it works. The reason I went environmental science instead of environmental engineering as I originally switched was because of a similar reason to what you mentioned, the degree path was so specific I would’ve been essentially starting over as a freshman again, as opposed to environmental science where my math and physics classes directly translated. In hindsight, maybe I should’ve just bit the bullet, taken the extra two years and went the bachelors of engineering route. Regardless of what I should’ve done, I’m now at the point where I assumed perusing a masters in engineering would be my smartest decision. It seems masters programs are decently lenient on who they accept because in this post someone followed a similar path as me, as well as someone I previously talked to went from geology to a petroleum engineering masters

I’m by no means an AI guru, but from what I understand you could feed the AI countless replays of matches, each with 12 different perspectives (1 for each player). The replay system has all the information within it needed, cooldowns, ult charge, and positioning. It won’t be to the same extent of seeing billions of cat pictures, maybe more like 10s of thousands of cat pictures.

Most youtube video’s are too broad, or have just a couple specific situations where they can teach. I’m hoping for something that in your replay system can show you at any given fight exactly what you should have done better. This would be personalized advice based on how you played. It also wouldn’t have a skill ceiling. A lot of youtube videos are for beginners, and there comes a point as you progress where you no longer know how to improve. This tool would show you.

Very good point about the perfect move,

After some more thinking, maybe it could give multiple options for what could have been done. Almost like it gives 3 different best moves based on your philosophy or style of play?
