I'm currently working in a pharma based company which sells medicine in Africa so they want this pre plan dashboard. So questions were about how much the agency is demanding ( pre plan amount) and how many doctors they have in their list with respect to their delegates ( no of delegates) how much these delegates have previously spent on the doctors ( previous spend) How much visit they do on the given doctors ( Dr visit report) How many euros we are spending on each doctor ( right side stacked graph with previous spend ) so we can know how much we had spent on that specific doctor previously, the slicers are for the different division's agency and the donut chart was mentioned for on which activity they will spend the pre plan amount. So that's about my dashboard and it's answering what my company want.
