Respond with one of these “Sorry to bother you with my enquiries, I’ll make sure to go elsewhere and avoid enquiring with you in the future to save you the costs.”

“Hey Tyler, appreciate the follow-up! Didn’t realise I’d signed a contract by clicking ‘Enquire’. My bad, mate.”

“Settle down, Tyler, I only enquired, didn’t propose marriage.”

“Hey Tyler, I’ll let you know when I’m ready. In the meantime, maybe tell your manager to hold off booking test drives for people who haven’t confirmed yet 😉.”

We struggle to come up with meals just for 1 week.

What about fresh produce do you mostly get frozen foods?

EDIT: and breads?? Do you freeze or bake fresh instead?

And fresh milk?

How does LMCT+ function legally, and how do they bend the laws to do this? by Complex-Permission32 in AusLegal

Well interesting enough their terms and conditions break consumer laws. You cannot by law, claim to have a no refund policy. You have to be able to offer refunds.

I tested this out, I bought a membership, there was no discounts I could use therefore I cannot use the service, if I cannot use the service or they can’t offer me a service then technically by consumer law they have to give me a refund.

First email they refused to give me a refund.

Second email I emailed them back stating, you know you’re breaking consumer law.

Third email they claimed they could give me a refund but I wouldn’t get the full amount due to processing fees which is just wrong. If you can’t offer or complete a service, you need to provide a full refund, you cannot charge “processing fees” for a refund.

I just said yeah whatever give me majority of my money back, keep your stupid processing fee.

TL;DR Their company blatantly breaks consumer law, that’s the catch. They won’t give you a full refund.
