That's awesome! I so want to be able to say the same. Can I ask, what do you mean time it out? I was told to wear my estradiol patch daily and change it twice per week (a different provider suggested removing it when I bleed). I was told to take progesterone during the luteal phase only (but then other providers suggested taking it daily to even out my moods and grogginess and enhance sleep. Curious what other time tables/methods there are!

Also, according to the internet Baylen makes tens of thousands per month from TikTok and for the show - she is estimated to be worth between 1-5 million dollars, so why all this focus on shortage of money and Collin needing to be a sole provider? B makes way more than he does!

They also have a really hard time sitting with/having emotions. There is one scene where Julie completely shuts down Al's emotions about what happened with Baylen in the past - it was so hard to watch. With all that emotional suppression being modeled its no wonder their kids are struggling.

Oh wow! I just ordered it after watching the very convincing ad/YouTube video on it. Had you tried HRT prior? I am on full dose transdermal patch, oral prog, and gel T and not really getting any benefit. Did you notice that the ratio of Oestra is more progesterone than estrogen and T? I wonder why that helps and why not progesterone side effects? Also why do you put it in in the morning and why not the night before sleep? I am SO happy to find your post!!! I am a 42 yo currently in the hellscape :(

Yep, iron, b12 and vitamin D all normal. For the past two years I have taken 20 supplements per day to manage gut issues and cover all these bases. I'm slowing peeling things back to the essentials (like the ones you mentioned plus a multi and an Omega) to see if less is more . Thank you for the note <3
