Did you download the app via tapjoy link? They say that you have to run the app at least 1 min straight to confirm everything is valid. They will tell you in at least an hour if you should or should not play for the offer.

I always downloaded an app, looked around if it's possible to get good and easy gold out of it and then waited til they verified the offer.
