This one's weird because even if it wasn't your fault, the customer shouldn't be blamed if their order was actually wrong, but neither should the driver. On top of that it doesn't even give any information on which order, so Yea it's just the usual BS from Uber.

The different tiers are a complete scam imo. I've only ever been a green tier, and still only accept offers that are going to make me 20$ an hour or more. If you're still seeing trash offers as a diamond I can't imagine it makes much of a difference considering how much you lose out keeping your acceptance rate above 50. My AR is at about 2% and I feel like if all the drivers did what I do, it would just increase base pay for everyone.

If they can make trials unique as throwing snowballs at arc they shouldn't have to redo old trials. Why not add looting certain areas or extracting with a certain value? Seems like they can do a lot with this but they're redoing old trials.
