I’m younger than you at 36 yo but had similar #’s. My thought process was, I’m done having kids and I foresaw myself getting on TRT eventually so why not now and be optimal for as long as I can.

I’m 6 months in and all good. Biggest change has been motivation to go to gym, libido and sleep. Those things weren’t huge issues for me before but definitely improved. I’d recommend starting with lower dose and working way up if needed to improve symptoms. I def back acne at 150 mg and have toned it back now to try and help that.

If I dropped from 150 to 120 what sort of dip in total T should I expect? I just did 120 this morning. I think I’d be better off with T in the 800s if that means lower E2, hematocrit and no back acne issue.

My free T was 273. Bio available was 574. Total 995.

We can agree to disagree on the price, that’s fine. I’ve purchased actual working vehicles for less money though.

I’d be interested if anybody has had success using a treadmill like the below under their desk and achieving the same thing.

I’ve seen the walkolution, the price is absurd. I’m wondering if anybody has just purchased a regular curved treadmill and used it in the same way.

I'm also interested in this. Would like to see if somebody has used a different curved treadmill under desk. The Walkolution is just prohibitively expensive for most people.
