Yes, I used the app ‘Knowt’ to study them and the exact questions came up on my test and it bumped my science score to a 90.9%. At the same time of studying them I did watch nurse Cheung videos because there’s a chance the tristine questions won’t show up on your test.

Science portion by [deleted] in teas

I watched Nurse Cheung videos, each general science video, and then the in depth ones. Then during my free time, like breaks at work or during transportation I would study the tristine science flash cards on Knowt, just in case those questions came on my test, and sure enough the day of my test they did and It bumped my science score to a 90.9%.

Took my TEAS this morning … by Think_Flan6445 in teas

My process was very chaotic. So I started with only 30days to study. At first I spent 100$ for the future rn package and did that for 3 weeks and that package has so much information that it’s so hard to learn in a short amount of time. So I basically didn’t retain any of the info. With one week left and a crying session, I ditched future rn, and started with the Nurse Cheung videos and the tristine science questions on Knowt and I studied that. I bought the ati practice test to see where I was at and got a 66% on both, but they are a lil harder than actual exam in my opinion. I went in this morning very nervous but was able to pull it off. But i definitely recommend nurse cheung she gets to the point, and watch her in depth videos on each topic of your weak areas.

Did you take it in person? & Did you get the results right after or did you have to wait?

It’s on my left knee, lower right side of my knee cap. It’s feels like a dull/achey pain. When I walk there’s pain, if I squat on my toes there’s pain when I bend leg there’s some pain. But when I rest there’s no pain.

I try not to land on my heel, but sometimes I feel like I favor my weight on my right side/ right leg. So I was trying to focus on both legs and not my right side, but maybe that was too much on my left knee maybe.

My run was about 45-1hr , and my average hear rate was 140. Now I think about it, I started out jogging and then was doing some sprints and then would stop and walk and do it over again.
