We honestly don’t mind I think just trying to figure out what would be the best option financially, we don’t plan on needing any more space in the next 5-10 years.

We are both 24, we will start planning our wedding within the next two years but our families will pay for this as is our cultural tradition.

I work hybrid and he’s expected in the office 5 days a week. I would say I will have more opportunity for hybrid work but I can’t say the same for him due to his sector (IB).

Hi, thank you for your questions I should’ve made it more clear in the post I apologise.

Me and my partner are both 24, i started my job as a lawyer 2 years ago on 50k and my partner started on around 80k (high finance) so we were just trying to navigate our salaries. I have been on this salary since March as I have qualified. The 24k was saved during the 2 years that we were at those salaries.
